- Orders are shipped on a cash or equal-to-cash basis. Means of payment include Visa or MasterCard, certified cheque, money order or cash. C.O.D. orders available by UPS or Canada Post only. Couriers do not accept cash.
- Terms are net 30 days on established accounts. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing.
- Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on all accounts not paid on maturity date.
- Overdue accounts will result in orders being held.

- Samples are returnable within 30 days from date of Invoice if unaltered and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
