RETURNS

• At HeBrews Cafe we are committed to quality. Our product is coded to ensure that our customers receive fresh, signature coffee with every order. If you are not satisfied with the product or merchandise received from our website, please return it to our Customer Service Department within 30 days of the original order date for credit or replacement product. Credits will be applied to your credit card account within 2-4 weeks following product return - shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Our return policy does not allow for refunds on products returned after this 30-day window.
• We recommend that returns are sent via an insured mail carrier (with an insurance option) to guarantee receipt of your package. If you are returning equipment ordered from our website, please use the original packaging it was received in to decrease the risk of damage in-transit. To expedite your return, please complete the return / exchange form on the front of your packing slip and enclose it with the items you are returning. Be sure to indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
• Any goods not accompanied with a Return Authorization Number will be refused at the door and returned to the customer at their expense.
• Any returns authorized for reasons may be subject to a 15% Re-Stocking Charge.
• All returns must include a copy of the Invoice, if no Invoice is included the customer will be credited with our lowest published price.
• All goods must be returned in the condition they were shipped or a credit will not be processed.

SHIPPING

• All freight and shipping charges are F.O.B. point of origin.
• Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Arrival times vary according to destination and the shipping method selected.
  
  If you ordered several items, they may not all arrive in the same shipping box. So if you receive a box and it does not contain everything you ordered, check the packing slip. The remaining items may be arriving separately.
  
  If you chose the ship date of your order, the arrival dates are dependent upon the shipping method you choose. Your order will be processed on the ship date you select, or, if a weekend or holiday is selected, on the following business day.
